How MM2 values work
An MM2 value is a community estimate of what an item usually trades for. Roblox's official page for the game doesn't publish a value list, so treat any number you find — including the ones here — as an estimate to check against recent trades.
What a value number means
Value lists express each item in points so different items can be compared on one scale. A knife listed at 100 is expected to trade for roughly two items listed at 50. The points are a shorthand for trading power inside the game. They are not a price in any real currency, and Valuro never converts them into one.
Why value lists disagree
Each list is kept by different people who watch different trades. One team may raise an item after a busy weekend of offers; another waits for the price to settle. Lists also round differently and update on different days. Seeing 80 on one site and 120 on another is normal, and the gap itself tells you the price is still moving.
When the numbers you find disagree, use the range. Checking a trade at the low and the high end shows whether it still looks fair when the estimate is off.
Demand: how easily an item trades
Demand describes how many players want an item right now. A high-demand item finds a buyer quickly, often at its full value or above. A low-demand item can sit in your inventory for weeks, and you may have to add extra to move it. Two items with the same value can be very different to hold.
Stability: rising, steady or dropping
Stability tracks the direction of an item's value. A steady item keeps its number between updates. A rising item may be worth more next week, which makes giving it away now expensive. A dropping item is worth trading while offers still match its listed value.
Using the trade checker with any list
- Pick the value list you trust and keep it open.
- Add each side's items in the MM2 trade checker. Tap an item again to stack more of it.
- Type the list's value into each slot. Edited values are marked, so you always know which numbers came from you.
- Read the verdict, then think about demand and stability before you accept.
Safer trading habits
- Trade only through the in-game trade window. Items promised outside it can't be recovered.
- Before your final accept, check every slot on both sides again. Last-second swaps are a common trick.
- Be careful with offers that look much better than fair. A quick win on paper often means a low-demand item you will struggle to trade on.
- Never share your account password, even for a "middleman" or a value check.
